The headboard of the comfortable bed (190x150cm) in this master bedroom is made of wood, Eco material. As well as the bedside tables and the built-in wardrobe. During the day natural light, at nights energy-saving light bulb and warm cotton bedding, will wrap you up like when you were a child and sweet dreams.

Solárium

The icing on the cake!

From the terrace of the living room begins a spiral staircase which accesses a 30m2 private and exclusive solarium for you. Enjoy an aperitif, relax feeling the sea breeze, sunbathe during the day on the loungers or look for the Great Bear in the darkness of the night. Accompanied by natural plants and a spectacular light, it will be the ideal place to encourage your family or companions to join the Take3 movement. Every time you walk along the beach or the pine forests, take 3 waste that you find there and recycle it in the corresponding container. Next to the apartment there are containers for all kinds of waste. Although the beaches of Rota all with the Blue Flag are very clean, there is always some soulless person who does not take environmental health into account. The sum of small actions gets great results.

Living room

As the living room and the kitchen are in the same room, you can share precious moments all together. From making a delicious snack to enjoying the latest Netflix documentary on the 43 ”Smart TV lying on the sofa bed having popcorn. Of course you have the control and decision-making power to regulate the ideal temperature for everyone, since in the living room, as in the rest of the rooms, there is air conditioning and heating.

Bedroom

Renew the air, take advantage of natural light without turning on the bulbs during the day, they will help us make our stay more sustainable. This 2nd bedroom is designed for the little ones in the house. It will be your personal corner in which to wrap yourself in your world, air your ideas and renew your energy. A trundle bed (190x90cm), a discreet built-in wardrobe, and walls dominated by white, will give them the rest they need.

Kitchen

There is no lover on the planet who is not in love with gastronomy. If nature provides us with something, it is food. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances: microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, hood, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine. A selection of pots and pans, sharp knives, rags, cleaning kit and all necessary utensils. Next to the apartment there are small neighborhood shops where you will find fresh and natural products from the area: vegetables and fruits from Rota, field eggs, seed breads made with organic flour, etc … Now you just have to surprise your family with delicious healthy and natural dishes.

Bathroom

One of the + Eco places. Spotless in cleanliness and shining like the sun, you will feel as comfortable as in your own home. You have everything you need to take care of yourself: hair dryer, magnifying vanity mirror, relaxing bath set, cotton towels, etc … How to use it depends on you. Do not waste water and open the tap when necessary, store cold water before showering, etc … With small actions we promote sustainability.

Terrace

With good windows you can save enormously on consumption. Glazed doors with sensor to the A / C and heating will give you access to the terraces of both the living room and the main bedroom. Equipped with wooden furniture so that you can fully enjoy every moment: a delicious breakfast as soon as you get up or play with the family. We don’t need much to be happy.

The apartment has a private parking space (optional in summer) with direct access by lift so that you leave the car safely and forget to drive during your stay. Replace it with pleasant walks on the beach and the pine forest, move around the center of town. It’s healthier!
