In the living room the protagonist is the content, the union of each piece of furniture achieves a balanced space with all the essentials. Yes, it is true, the sofa is as comfortable as you can appreciate. And if you have guests, it offers you a practical solution as it becomes a double bed.

Bedroom

Accompanied by a white surround that provides tranquility, the second bedroom is designed for the little ones in the house with 190x90cm trundle beds. It is a comfortable space that they will make their own as soon as they arrive.

Kitchen room

The kitchen is perfect for a Master Chef! Delight your loved ones with your specialties as well as with typical Roteños dishes: starter, urta, etc.… It is fully equipped both in electrical appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, hood, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine), as in kitchenware. A selection of pots and pans, sharp knives, rags, cleaning kit and all the utensils you need, just like professional chefs. You will not miss anything!

I forgot! It is open to the living room for you to share and participate in all the moments with the people you love. You can converse while you cook, the children can watch the 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, play and surf the internet with the free Wi-Fi that we provide or watch their favorite series on Netflix.

Bathroom

Spotless bathroom where you can wash off the sea salt in a shower with a 140×70 cm screen. We have used the space very well so that you have everything you need: integrated toilet, hair dryer, additional round mirror with extendable magnification, and a free bathroom set during your stay. Everything is as you expect: very clean and in perfect working order. We don’t like surprises either.

Terrace

The living room has access to a second terrace of 6 m², equipped with a table and four chairs. For movie nights or for relaxed talks with your partner while you enjoy a glass of wine and the children rest. You choose!
